Miss SockPixie...

Children grow up so fast. I can see Miss SockPixie so little and look at her now, on the eve of her departure for France, on the eve of her 20th birthday...

I will miss her a lot...

I understand what you say. Memories throughout the years are precious. They are always close at heart. Miss SockPixie is a beautiful young lady. You capture her well in the picture.

What a beautiful family you have! Will she stay in France for longer? Children sure grow up fast, and it never gets boring along the way. Good thing staying in touch is now easier than ever!

She is going to be staying in France for 2 1/2 months to take entrance exams for schools. If she gets in, she will be in France for 3-4 years. I tell you, I am grateful for the internet, Facebook, and Skype!

You have two daughters? Miss SockPixie and Little Miss Sock Pixie, is that right? Lucky girl, to have the chance to stay in France and maybe go to school there!

By the way...your suggestion of type of lace shawl for your candy striped (purple...it's a petting skein by my computer, right now) yarn got eaten by the weblins...could you post it again, please? --Neen
