A Year Later

It is hard to believe, but my last post was a year ago. It feels like my last baby was just born, and there his first year is gone! I also became a grandmother during the year!I finished a degree in interior design! I did do some knitting during that time, mostly for the new little men in my life, but also ventured into rug hooking, and did a little sewing. Over the last few weeks, I have found a renewed energy, my knitting needles have been clicking feverishly... A new vest design for babies and toddlers... Inspired by the mythical Great Gatsby... I look forward to sharing it with you soon.

Love...

It has been a really long time since my last post! Life has brought me a new little wonder, Mini Mr. SockPixie.

This new little wonder has kept me busy! But he has also been the inspiration behind my renewed interest in yarn dyeing with natural dyes, knitting and spinning.

This is the 4th day of my destashing efforts! Today I am posting a couple of my hand-dyeds, and some gorgeous hand-dyed ribbons with iridescent edges by Judy and Co. I have used these ribbons as accents in my knitting, as the yarn for purses, and of course for ribbon embroidery(They used to retail at $35/skein.) I am offering them at super low prices.
