Progress on the Retro Cardi for Grown Girls

I have been working on the Retro Cardi for Grown Girls. I am done with the left front, and the back. Tonight will be the right front, and then on to the sleeves.

I love this pattern knit in the alpaca. The soft halo gives such subtlety to the pattern.

Tonight I am working on the pattern for the Retro Cardi for Girls. The children will be in bed, Mr. SockPixie will be working on projects of his own, it will be quiet and I do need quiet when I edit and size patterns!

Can't wait! I'm just about to finish the doll size version and love it. I wish you a quiet night...I'm eager to start on your girl sized version too. Thanks for all your hard work!

you must knit insanely fast. I can't wait for this so...maybe a little faster? :D

I am excited about the new sweater too. P.S.: I do not knit super fast,I just knit a lot during homeschooling, basically I knit whenever I am sitting down!

I love the color you've chosen for the sweater, and though I don't have any red alpaca (not a problem) I have plenty of alpaca to work with.

Can't wait to see the finished sweater.
