Filet Crochet

Today, I am sharing a couple pictures of a project I have been working on for the last few days. It is a filet crochet top that I plan to wear over a tank top.

I am using Elizabeth Lavold's Silky Wool.
A luscious yarn, a simple, addictive stitch... I am in crochet heaven.

I used the same yarn to make the Tappan Zee sweater for my mother. I really didn't like working with it, but the sweater turned out so lovely that I went and bought 10 skeins of it (in a different color).

Dear Sharon,

I am a little of an odd cookie when t comes to yarn. I like them to have body, and to to be too soft. Like you, I am loving the finished product. I am almost done with the top.i can hardly wait to share.
